The Multicultural Advertising Training Program, also known as The MAT Program, is one of the nation’s most influential training programs available for culturally diverse college students interested in the advertising, marketing and media industries in the Los Angeles area.  As an advocate for diversity within these industries, the MAT Program provides educational programs and internships to college students each year.  Participants are selected based on academic excellence and passion for the industry and whose profiles indicate they would benefit from the guidance and support available through MAT.
