Program Overview

As industry employees develop their talent, they're promoted.  Eventually, they become managers responsible for the recruitment, performance, and development of others.  But many companies do not have the resources to provide the training these talented people need to become great managers.

Ad U's Graduate Program provides that training.  We provide talented mid-level professionals across all departments with the knowledge and tools they need to recruit and develop additional talented people for their companies.

We provide this training in an environment that is based on practical knowledge and taught by professionals who hold senior management positions at various companies throughout the industry.

Potential Students

This course is appropriate for anyone new to a management role or employees with at least 2 year's experience seeking to move up to a management role.  The skills learned in this course are applicable to employees of any company.

Note: You do not need to have attended Ad U prior to enrollment in Ad U Grad.
